Korostelev Alexander Alexeevich was born December 16, 1962 in Pervomaiskoe, Krasnoarmeyskiy district of Saratov region. In 1985 he graduated from the Faculty of Geography of Saratov State University. After graduation he worked as a teacher of begining military education of the secondary school № 2 in Petrovsk, Saratov Region. From 1987 all his activities are related with Togliatti, Samara region. From 1987 to 1992 he worked as a teacher of geography secondary school № 55, and in 1992 he was elected as director of the gymnasium № 6. From 1998 to 2009 he worked in the Department of Education of Tolyatti town hall. Since 2009 he work in Togliatti State University, from October, 2013 he is the Director of the Center of Scientific Journals. Since 2020 Professor of the Department of Informatics, Applied Mathematics and Methods of Their Teaching Samara Social and Pedagogical University.
In 2003 he has defended candidate dissertation in Togliatti State University, and in 2009 — a doctoral dissertation on pedagogical sciences.
Korostelev A.A. is the specialist in the management of educational institutions, intraschool management, analytical activity, analytical competence and automated information-analytical systems. In the integrated program of research works «Development of professional and pedagogical education of teacher: the scientific basis and innovation» in 2011-2015 he developed the technology of analyzes the results of performance of the educational system (TARROS) «Landrail» and a technique of evaluation of analytical competence components. Those technologies are used in the management of schools and in the training of managerial staff for the educational system.
Korostelev A.A. is the author of over 120 scientific papers, including 14 monographs, 7 educational manuals, 3 patents.
